Billionaire businessman and great philanthropist, Femi Otedola, the father of celebrity Dj, Florence Otedola popularly known as ‘Dj Cuppy’ has gifted 750 students a million naira each.
Otedola who was inaugurated today Friday, October 27, 2023 as the chancellor of Augustine University made the cash gift donation to support the students academic pursuit. Augustine University is a private Catholic-owned University located in Ilaria, Epe Local Government, Lagos.
The billionaire did this to cushion the hardship which parents maybe facing in supporting their children in the institution.
Femi Otedola is widely known for his philanthropic support and that’s one of the most joyful thing he does as a human being, bringing smiles to the faces of the less privileged.
He wrote;
“Today, I was inaugurated as the Chancellor of Augustine University. I strongly believe in transforming establishments that I am associated with. I gave a gift of One Million to each of the Seven Hundred and Fifty Students.
I hope this donation of Seven Hundred and Fifty Million Naira assists the plight of the parents of our students in this difficult time… F.Ote$”
