Lagos 2023: The Fear Of Jandor Has Thrown The APC Into Confusion, They’re Now Apprehensive and Abusive

Political ‘Aristotelians’ in Nigeria certainly didn’t see Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran popularly called Jandor as the tsunami that is about to sweep away the APC, no, especially not those in Lagos.

In the last twenty years plus since the death of Funsho Williams, no candidate has given the rulers of the lagoon side of Nigeria sleepless nights the way Jandor is currently doing. He has become like the saying in one of those old movies(Revenge of the Ninja); “Its only a ninja that can defeat or kill a ninja”, this is the current situation with the APC.

Jandor as a journalist, an entrepreneur and a technocrat understand the workings, intrigues and dynamics of Lagos metropolis. As the chairman, convener of Lagos4Lagos a movement that has helped shape narrative definitely understands the dynamics of Lagos politics. A grassroot mobilizer per excellence who has interfaced with the hoi polloi severally and still doing on democratic issues, governance and the dividend of democracy.

Jandor as a major player in Lagos politics has what it takes to dislodge the APC, we could also say because he’s familiar with their antics very well having been with them.
He further set them in disarray when he chose popular Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele as his running mate in the Gubernatorial race as the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) flag bearer which has led to all manner of attacks, both verbal and physical. The fear of Jandor one would say!

When we talk about his intellectual capacity and academic qualifications you would agree that Jandor is the man of the moment to rescue Lagos from the claws of the oppressive hawk. Of course as one who has Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Governance is sound enough to lead the libration of the common man in Lagos, from Epe to Ikorodu to Alimosho etc,..

The duo of Jandor and Funke is resonating to high echelon of the book maker’s political permutation, certainly not in their favour otherwise how would one explain the current attack by the APC presidential candidate, verbally attacking Funke Akindele?
This time around Jandor is not just saying Lagos4Lagos, he’s saying “jafuneko”, fight for Lagos is the ultimate goal. The people are the owners of this process and it will be interesting to see come 2023.
