P-square: No Apologies From My Brother, Peter After EFCC Cleared Me Of His Accusations – Paul Okoye

The Okoye brothers popularly known as Psquare, the duo of Peter and Paul are part of those who put afrobeats on the world map; without mincing words one can say this, authoritatively. Psquare are almost if not the first artistes to earn big time in dollars among their peers in Nigeria.

However, they have been in and out of trouble since they became very big as artistes, leaving their fans with mixed feelings as to the future of this lovely twin group.

In a recent development where Peter one of the member of the group and twin brother to Paul(Rude boy) Okoye reported his brother to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for allegedly swindling him of millions of dollars from their music catalog.

Upon investigation and after much interrogation Paul was cleared by the commission. Though the commission is yet to make official statement on the matter, Paul thought his brother owed him an apology.

In recent media tour by Paul(Rude boy), he has constantly maintained his stance about the Psquare brand, he said he’s not sure of the future yet but he’s currently pushing ‘Rude Boy’ and also, ‘Acetune’ his signee under the ‘Fire Department’.

Paul was not too happy that his twin will go to that length by writing a petition against him to the EFCC, sighting that if he had been involved in dubious activities it would now be his blood brother who will expose him! Going forward, Paul has promised to be talking so that their fans will know the truth unlike what he normally does before by keeping quiet and be perceived as the mischief maker.

This is the second time P-square are having issues, it used to be that Jude Okoye, their older brother was the problem before but why now again? According to Paul, he wants people especially their fans to see that Peter has always been the problem, attributing it to influence by bad friends and the kind of unwholesome company he keeps.
