Governor Adeleke Freezes Osun State Account To Investigate Former Governor Oyetola

The newly sworn-in Governor of Osun State, senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke popularly known as the dancing senator has put the state activities on hold because of the way things went with immediate past Governor Isiaka Oyetola of the APC who took some drastic decision few weeks to his leaving office.

Governor Adeleke has begged the people of Osun to allow him sometime to put things in the right perspective before taking off. Even though they were not giving the right support from former Governor Oyetola for a smooth transition, they however must get it right and start on a good pedestal.

Some of those from the opposition are already accusing the newly sworn-in Governor of witch hunting even before he starts instead of to be telling the good people of Osun what he intends to do.

The Governor’s appeal in a statement to the people of Osun, thus..

“It is therefore my desire to ask for your patience and understanding to give my administration a few weeks to review and sort out all the actions and malicious confusions which the immediate past administration has created since July 17, 2022.”
