Atiku: The Man With Vision, On A Mission With The Mandate

Life is a mystery when it comes to occurrence and happenings, sometimes it’s preordained and sometimes its orchestrated by humans. But one significant thing is, most times when God Almighty moves it is unpopular.

The Holy book is a testament to this fact because most deliverances, salvation that happened those days were unpopular trend and with the least expected persons. This has happened time and time again, even here in Nigeria since the beginning of the fourth republic, 1999 till date.

When former President Olusegun Obasanjo choose late President Umar Musa Yar’adua, he was not the preferred or the most popular person then with the likes of Donald Duke, Peter Odili and many others.. that choice was mocked by many but he turned out to be one of the best Presidents this country has ever produced with just the few years he presided over our affairs.

Another significant one was the 2015 emergence of ‘the most popular’ APC Presidential candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari who won the election and now the President of Nigeria, which has also proven over the last seven years that sometimes salvation is not in the most popular choice of men.

Among the top contenders who aspire to be President of Nigeria come 2023 from the major political parties; Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of PDP, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of APC, Engr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso of NNPP and Peter Obi of Labour Party to mentioned but a few, the most bad-mouthed candidate is the former VP Atiku Abubakar. He’s the most investigated politician in the country and the irony therein is that, no conviction of any kind from any court of competent jurisdiction nor has he been charged with those allegations flying around pubs what we call beer-parlour, juke joints and social media.
He’s the only one among these candidates many are throwing all manner of darts at, they even went as far as conducting an online polls which saw their ‘preferred candidate’ emerged as the leading candidate while the true unifier Atiku Abubakar came 3rd not even 2nd before it was taken down for some reasons.

A narrative making the rounds to which many will be shocked in the coming general elections because you can’t beat a man who in his actions, words and otherwise has shown how he longed to deliver the dividend of democracy to Nigeria and its citizens.

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Wazirin Adamawa has invested in Nigeria more than any of the candidates mentioned above. Is it in education, economic, capacity building etc..? He has provided jobs more than any public office holder be it civil or political even as an individual. At the moment campaigns of calumny are on-going about him even though its not new but we know God Almighty usually ‘chooses the foolish things of events to make the so called wise foolish’.
The raging tide is so that everything will fall in place for the one who the seat is reserved for, but a lot out there are not sensitive to the current happenings.

His demeanor has always been Presidential, in approach and even the way he relates with the hoi polloi more than any other candidate. This mystery that God will reveal in 2023 will shock many. The tides, favour may or may not be pointing at his direction but predestination will surely come to play.
In the part two (2) of this article I will talk about personality trait which mostly is 70% of your being, a determinant factor H.E Atiku Abubakar get going for him.
