Michael Chenemi Adejo popularly known as Mikkey CA was born in northern Nigeria, Kano to be exact, he’s a music executive, business man, a producer and movie maker with a difference.
The Kano born producer has dropped another block buster, “Yahoo Plus Blood”, a must watch film for all. Mikkey is a graduate of Bayero University Kano (BUK), he has more than over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry; in singing, producing and artistes management before venturing into movie production.
He has produced many beautiful movies to his credit both indigenous and English and this new one is not an exception. Mikkey shared the story behind ‘Yahoo Plus Blood’;
“The Idea behind ‘Yahoo Plus Blood’ is that, after seeing a lot of young girls and young boys randomly getting involved and see the end result.
“I’m trying to use the movie to teach, to preach so that we instruct, using movie a tool for social change.
“Then as a producer, I have produced a lot of films and most of my films are characterized by positive message that’ll help the society to do better.
Mikkey also spoke about the vision behind his production outfit, Picture Theatre; “the vision is to produce movies that will instruct, teach, preach and help us develop our moral compass in doing the right thing.”
