Davido’s Son, Ifeanyi Who Drowned Is One Repeated Death Among Music Super Stars
The death of Ifeanyi son of music super star Davido, who was reportedly drowned at his Lagos Banana Island residence, inside the swimming pool in the early hours of Tuesday, 01-11-2022, is one repeated occurrence.
In trying to revive Ifeanyi, after he was pulled out of the swimming pool and rushed to a hospital in the Lekki axis, he was confirmed dead by a doctor on duty.
This was the same tragic event that greeted Dapo Oyebanjo family musically known as D’banj few years ago, shortly after his son’s one year birthday celebration. It was exactly the same way it happened back then with Daniel the late son of the music icon who drowned helplessly.
One would begin to ask what’s this thing about music super stars and their little kids drowning in their own supposedly good life provided for by the parents?
In all this, where are the mothers? Even though we know sometimes when things are bound to happen we can’t help it but this assertion is acceptable when negligence can’t be traced.
As the investigations are ongoing as to who is found wanting amongst Davido’s domestic staffs, where is the role of Chioma, the mother? Its a question that must be asked.
