The Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has come under intense fire for having the 3rd largest delegation in the world to 28th UN Climate Change Conference (COP28)in Dubai.
Nigerians across board are speaking, airing their views and displeasure towards what some tagged a jamboree.
Professor Chris Mustapha Nwaokobia activist has this to say about the event;
“ON THE LAME DEFENSE OF WHY NIGERIA HAS THE LARGEST DELEGATION TO COP28 IN DUBAI.
“The effort by Partisans, Cashtivists and the apparatchiks of Government to defend the indefensible is gross disservice to nation. A nation stock in debt, and still borrowing to fund just about everything can ill-afford the luxury of 1400 plus delegates to COP28. It is absolutely ridiculous.
“The poor gaslighting by propagandists that several interests were invited by the UN hence the large delegation from Nigeria is untenable. Was Nigeria the only Country invited? How come we had the largest delegation surpassing China, India and Indonesia?
O what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive. – Sir Walter Scott.
“Stop the Lies, Folks. Stop Plundering Our Collective Patrimony. Stop the Wastage. NO SANE GOVERNMENT BORROWS FOR PROFLIGACY AND WASTE. If you can’t govern, QUIT.
