Nigeria Emerged As Having The Best Costume At The Just Concluded Miss Universe

Nigeria’s representative, Mariestella Okpala won the Best National Costume at the just-concluded Miss Universe pageant in Eliat, Isreal.

The beauty pageant was hosted by popular American TV show host and actor, Steve Harvey. Okpala had won an outfit inspired by the ‘Mmanwa’ masquerade from Southeastern Nigeria on the international stage.

The costume was designed by Filipino designer, Kennedy Jhon Gasper.
