Gov’ Yahaya Bello GYB as he’s popularly called was born on the 18th of June 1975 in okene-eba kogi state, Nigeria. He attended Ahmadu Bello university zaria in 1999, a politician, business man and he’s the executive Gov’ of kogi state from 2016 till date. The celebration was a ‘star studded’ event with so many dignitaries gracing the occasion from royal fathers, politicians, actors, comedians, footballers etc.. The event was anchored by Ace comedian Gbenga Adeyinka.
‘Kogi state was lit’ like they will say.. in fact one of the co-anchor comedian Helen Paul used the occasion to loud the governor of his achievements in the state which a lot of people don’t see from outside. Kogi state used to be a violent hub for criminals and criminality but the people are enjoying relative peace because GYB stood his ground to stem the tide. He has gained the support of prominent Nigerians, in the entertainment industry and the recent massive support from our ex-internationals. The young energetic gov’ is pro youth and maybe the next president of Nigeria.
