PUBLIC NOTICE: Kano State Urban Beautification And Landscaping Agency (KASUBA) Warns
PUBLIC NOTICE
This is to notify the general public that all advertisers, commercial companies and individuals placing advert or about to place adevert in Kano, that Kano State Beautification And Landscaping Agency (KASUBA) is still in charge.
No company, individual or political party is allowed to place advert without first, registering with the authority in charge of advert.
Secondly, after registering with the agency payment must be made on all posters, banners and signage erected for advert, be it for campaigns or commercial purposes.
Failure to do so will result in penalty and then an enforcement by removing your billboards, posters and signage.
This is not to persecute any individual or company but just to safeguard the practitioners and to create an enabling environment for all.
Kano State Beautification And Landscaping Agency (KASUBA) is not biased as we treat everyone equally irrespective of how highly placed.

Any individual, company who patronises companies who even though are registered with us and will refuse to pay for any exposure of content in the form of advert, is at his own risk! We so warn!!
